We also offer an Ultimate Total Care Policy. This program is a great way to receive service benefits at a lower rate. You can sign up for only $43 a month, or $516 per year. This package has a value of over $1600, so it’s an incredible bargain.

For this policy, you receive guaranteed appointments within 24 hours, 15% off repairs recommended by our staff, and plumbing winterization. We also do audits for your HVAC system, water heater/plumbing, indoor air quality, and gas fireplace, as well as dryer vent cleaning and testing for carbon monoxide, airflow, and gas containment. This policy also comes with a discounted $59.95 evaluation fee.

Total Care Policy

You can sign up for our Total Care Policy to get discounts on many different services around your property. This policy costs $27.00 monthly, which totals up to $324 annually.

Members of the Total Care Policy get guaranteed appointments within 36 hours, 15% off recommended repairs, plumbing winterization, and audits for your heater, AC system, water heater/plumbing, indoor air quality, and gas fireplace. We also only charge $59.95 for the evaluation fee.

Signature Care Policy

If you are mainly looking for HVAC home service benefits, the Signature Care Policy may be right for you. This plan costs $15.95 monthly to enroll in, or $191.40 per year.

Those with the Signature Care Policy get guaranteed appointments within 48 hours, 15% off repairs recommended by our experts, and audits on your heater, air conditioning system, and indoor air quality accessories. This plan also has the $59.95 evaluation fee.
